In addition to being a functional chef, I am also a yoga instructor and I am taking a postgraduate course in Ayrvedica therapy. It may seem like completely different things, but they are more connected than you can imagine. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences and deeply dive into the human being in an integral way, they are a philosophy and a health system with the aim of awakening us to our divine essence, to a full and long-lived life.
For those who like yoga and want to know a little more about this ancient philosophy, which goes far beyond physical postures, this is an introductory overview of the origin, chronology, darshanas, holistic view, mythology, asnas, pranayama, meditation and the eight paths of yoga.
This was my work on completing Yoga and meditation training certified by Yoga Aliance International.
