My story
We are a family owned and operated business.

Hi, my name is Vanessa Valle, I am an architect by training and a culinary artist by vocation.

The Confectionery Sweet Valle Cakes was the gateway, with the production of cakes and sweets, but my interest and concern with health and healthy eating led me to study functional and holistic gastronomy, in which I specialized. I am currently taking a postgraduate course in Ayurveda at Escola Yoga Brahma Vidyalaya, which was introduced to me during the Yoga training course and, it was precisely at this moment, when I awoke to my professional purpose, making a composition among my passions.

We are a family owned and operated business.

There are three different formations that talk to each other and complement each other absolutely.
Yoga is the science of self-realization, Ayurveda is the science of life and self-healing, sister philosophies that originated in the Vedic period over 5000 years ago in India.


And where does functional gastronomy come in?


For Ayurveda, the basis of our health is in food and in our digestive capacity, using food as agents of tissue nutrition, prevention and cure of various diseases, exactly the same concept of functional gastronomy, but with a holistic look of being, integrating body, mind and energy.

It was the union between gastronomy, yoga and Ayurveda that started this detox and weight loss program, carried out at home or in the form of retreats, in order to contribute to the beginning of a change in search of quality of life for my friends and customers.
